Policies

• •The 50% deposit is non-refundable, and a guest who does not show up forfeits what they paid. Leaving early, half of one unused night is refunded.
• •Two guests per studio, plus 1 child.
• •Same rate per night, even if you arrive late; stays by the night or by the month.
• •A 50% deposit reserves your unit; the rest is paid in person before check-in.
• •Valid ID at check-in: the booking must be in the name on the ID.
• •Quiet hours 9 PM – 7 AM.
• •No smoking inside the unit (₱1,000 penalty).
• •No durian or marang inside the unit, eaten or brought in: their smell is very strong and stays (₱500 penalty).
• •No cooking or eating dried fish (bulad) inside the unit (₱500 cleaning charge).
• •No pets anywhere on the premises, no videoke and no ironing.
• •Lost or damaged pitchers, plates, spoons, forks and glasses are charged; appliances (heater, refrigerator, aircon, TV) depending on the situation.
